More than 400 CBM of shoes were being handled at the terminal around the time of the visit. The team monitored the operation, including inbound and outbound scanning, cross-docking and storage.
The visit was also an opportunity to discuss how Eurosko and ColliCare can further improve the supply chain from China to the Norwegian market. Particular attention was given to reducing lead times, creating efficient routing alternatives and implementing a new ERP setup designed to simplify and improve the logistics process.
Following the terminal tour, the teams reviewed experiences from the previous season and discussed opportunities for further improvements.
