Several factors influence the price, including:

Transport from China
ColliCare China arranges LCL and FCL shipments from China to destinations worldwide. Sea freight is the most common method. For urgent shipments, we offer air freight and multimodal solutions.
As we are independent of shipping lines and airlines, we find the best solution for each shipment. Our local expertise in China gives us proximity to your suppliers and allows us to offer customized logistics solutions that help your business in Norway become more competitive.
Local Logistics Services in China
We offer a full range of local warehousing services:
- Short- and long-term storage
- Cross-docking and consolidation
- Labeling
- Scanning
- Pick and pack
Large logistics projects can be handled at our facilities in China. Performing logistics operations in China before shipping to Norway can often save time and money.
Multimodal Transport from China
To create the most optimal freight solution, we can arrange multimodal transport — combining different modes of transport in one shipment to improve your supply chain.
Groupage (LCL)
Local drivers collect and deliver shipments up to 2,500 kg within the Asian network
Part loads (LCL)
Direct delivery or via terminal for shipments over 2,500 kg, with optional special pick-up, delivery, and storage
Full container loads (FCL)
We handle full container shipments from Asia, ensuring safe delivery to your customer
- Sea freight: Typically 4–6 weeks depending on route and intermediate ports. Delays may occur due to route changes, port congestion, or unforeseen events.
- Air freight: Usually 1–4 days depending on route, destination, airline, and frequency.

Key factors to consider when choosing the best freight method include size, weight, and urgency. Larger and heavier shipments are usually more cost-effective by sea, while smaller and lighter ones may be better suited for air freight or courier. Fragile or valuable goods may require special handling and packaging, which can influence your choice.
Sea freight may have minimum volume requirements, such as weight or cubic meters, so it’s important to check with your freight forwarder for any limitations.
We also offer multimodal options between China and Europe.
We can help you calculate freight costs for different methods based on your shipment’s specific requirements.
Finding reliable suppliers and following up on production in Asia can be challenging due to cultural differences, language, and distance — not to mention requirements for social responsibility, ethical trade, and sustainability.
We are locally present in production areas in India and China, with dedicated staff responsible for quality assurance across Asia.
We can help you:
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure compliance with your company’s standards
- Monitor production progress and ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Inspect products based on your company’s checklists
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling before shipment
- Perform scanning for electronic traceability
- Provide inspection reports and photo documentation
These services help ensure your goods arrive on time and in the right condition.
Here’s how it works:
- You register the order in your system
- The order flows through our Vendor Management Follow-up system to your supplier
- All order movements are updated directly in your ERP system
- You have full visibility
As soon as your supplier scans a finished product, you receive an update in your ERP system — the item is on its way. Integration levels vary depending on your needs.

Our customer portal, eCare, gives you full control over your logistics.
All booked and in-transit shipments can be tracked in this system. You can check the current location and estimated arrival time in Norway — updated daily.
Each shipment includes all related documents such as Bill of Lading and customs papers.
You can generate weekly reports, one-time reports, EDI bookings, or view a complete overview. How you use the portal is up to you — we’ll help you get set up.

Once an international transport agreement is signed, we create an implementation plan tailored to your needs.
Depending on your size and requirements, a support team is established with dedicated contacts for pricing, operations, and IT (for EDI integrations).
All routines and operations are documented with SOPs and SLAs.
During the startup phase, we hold weekly follow-up meetings. Once implementation is complete, we switch to monthly meetings, with quarterly reviews to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
When importing goods from China, the customs clearance process requires several key documents to ensure the shipment complies with all regulations and duties. The required documents may vary depending on the type of goods, the destination country, and specific regulatory requirements. However, the following are the most commonly required documents for customs clearance:
- Import Declaration
- Commercial Invoice
- Bill of Lading or Airway Bill
- Import License
- Insurance Certificate
- Letter of Credit
Please contact us for detailed information on which documents will be necessary to clear your shipment. Our team will review all requirements and provide guidance.
